Shipping policy

IMPORTANT

We have currently suspended orders to the UK due to new VAT laws. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and hope we can resume shipping to the UK soon!

Please note that USPS is currently experiencing delivery delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Your patience is greatly appreciated! We are based in the USA so please keep this in mind if you are ordering from other countries.

Orders can be accepted worldwide, but mail service suspensions are in effect and shipping is unavailable in certain countries - for more information, click here 

 

Tracking numbers are sent to all customers by e-mail/sms so you can be updated and stay in touch with your packages. Magic Shop Gloss is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Therefore, no refunds can be given in these cases. No refunds on any orders unless wrong items are sent.

 

United States Shipping:

All orders are processed within 5-7 days from when the order is placed, unless they are part of a preorder!

Preorders can take up to 3 weeks to be processed before they are shipped!

If you are placing an order in the US, shipping is a flat rate of $4.50. Orders are shipped through USPS and can take  2-7 business days to arrive after they have been processed. Please be patient!

 

International Shipping:

International shipping prices are determined by USPS at checkout; they can range anywhere from $12.00 - $25.00 or more depending on how much you order and where you are located in the world. 

Shipping is through USPS International and can take 3-6 weeks after your package has been shipped. Please be patient!

Notice: Magic Shop Gloss is not responsible for any Customs charges on international orders.

 

Damages and Issues

Magic Shop Gloss is NOT responsible for any damages that may occur to items during shipment.
