Refund policy

Refunds

We have a no refund policy unless wrong items are sent in an order. 

If you think you received the wrong items or you are missing items from your order, please contact us at magicshopgloss@outlook.com. Please note: You MUST have receipt and photo proof of wrong/missing items. We will always try to do our best to correct any mistakes made when packaging orders! 

If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and Issues

Magic Shop Gloss is not responsible for any damages that may occur to items during shipment. If you have any other questions regarding a problem with an order please e-mail us.
